In line with H. E FCPA Fernandes Barasa's agenda on wealth creation and food security, Kakamega County has opened up space for industrialization by earmarking four regions to establish industrial parks. Currently the County Government owns 49 acres of land at Matawa in Mumias West Sub-county where our partners, Regen Organics have been allocated 20 acres to establish a multi-billion organic waste management plant.
